A new partnership between a B2B telehealth company, Petriage, and Miller Veterinary Supply, a wholesale distributor, emphasizes the increased demand for connected care services in the animal health industry. Petriage says it will leverage Miller Veterinary Supply’s account representatives to market its telehealth service. The technology features a proprietary and advanced online “pet symptom checker” that uses an algorithm to aide in diagnoses. The partnership strengthens Petriage’s goal of gaining a larger share of the pet technology market for veterinarians and pet owners across the U.S., the company says. “We are delighted Miller Veterinary Supply… has selected Petriage as the telehealth platform it will offer its clients,” says Allon Freiman, CEO of Petriage. “We look forward to partnering with Miller to help expand our footprint with veterinarians nationwide.”
