Embrace Pet Insurance has partnered with the AVMF to offer scholarship opportunities to veterinary students. Veterinary students pursuing careers in shelter medicine may be eligible to receive funding. Embrace Pet Insurance has announced a new partnership with the American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF) to launch a scholarship program which will provide $5,000 scholarships to five third- or fourth-year veterinary students in the U.S. intending to work in shelter medicine upon graduation. “Through scholarships for veterinary students passionate about shelter medicine, we seek to empower a new generation of veterinarians committed to animal welfare,” says Brian Macias, CEO of Embrace Pet Insurance.
