Hearing is a sense; listening is a skill

Few people think they are bad listeners; these tips can determine if you’re really all ears.

I considered myself a good listener, but here I was forced to recognize my skills at listening needed improvement. Armed with a very personal goal, I set to work. Here is the bounty of my labor.
