Companion Animal Health, the Delaware-based therapeutic laser manufacturer of Companion and Pegasus Class IV Veterinary Therapy Lasers, has announced the first ever Companion Laser Therapy Technician of the Year Contest. Laser therapy programs are essential in the clinics, and veterinary technicians serve as the backbone for many of them. Veterinary technicians with experience using Companion Therapy Lasers to improve their patients’ lives are invited to enter the contest by sharing a photo and a brief success story. All submitted stories remain online and open for votes until October 5, 2016. The winner of the grand prize will be determined by popular vote; participants are encouraged to share a link to vote via social media. Voting will close on October 5, 2016. The winner will be announced during National Veterinary Technician Week. The winner will earn a fully paid passage for himself or herself and a guest on the 7-night American Institute of Medical Laser Applications (AIMLA) Caribbean CE at Sea Cruise, where they can earn 15 CE hours.
